• Insert - Create new records in the target object. If Match is defined, DSP only inserts when no match is found.
• Update - Modify existing records based on matching criteria.
• Upsert - Insert if no match is found; otherwise, update the matched record.
• Delete - Delete target object records.
• Undelete - Restore records from the Recycle Bin.
• Merge - Deduplicate and merge records (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Cases, Opportunities) using Salesforce native merge functionality, while preserving relationships.
• Publish - Publish platform events.

Apex-Based Actions:

• Send Emails - Send email notifications to dynamic recipients.
• Bell Notifications - Trigger in-app Salesforce bell notifications.
• Lead Conversion - Automate converting leads into accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Approvals - Act on SubmitRequest and WorkitemRequest for approval processes.
