A Self-Adaptive #Trigger is configured on Opportunity to enforce Owner and Stage assignment policies on save. It validates:
1. Renewal Opportunities are owned by the Account Owner and high-value Opportunities (≥ $500,000) are owned by a Sales Manager (Owner Profile).
2. Opportunities cannot progress to later stages without an Amount.
